About Us

The Healthcare Industry's First Facility-Wide Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Solution

Our Story

Frustrated after over thirteen years in medical sales and experiencing the antiquated processes that cause clinical personnel and healthcare industry reps to waste copious amounts of time scrambling to get patient care needs met in time, our founder set out to solve this problem because the current way is manual, broken, frustrating, wasting millions of valuable time and everyone in healthcare is OVER IT.

Founded in 2019, Cheryl Halbert conducted extensive market research before “betting the farm” to find a better way.  Her daily driver is her WHY in life –  to make a positive impact on those she’s honored to call colleagues and customers by making their jobs easier.  How she’s doing that by continuing to challenge the status quo and spearheading a new product category.

Healthcare VRM will change the game in healthcare. There is a better way and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

The Problem

Healthcare is so busy playing whack-a-mole in a “we’ve always done it this way” system that doesn’t have a PAUSE button.  This continues to prove why it’s so challenging to quantify the wasted cost of manual tasks required of healthcare personnel.

Now post-COVID, the whack-a-moles are appearing quicker due to the revolving door of changing healthcare personnel, reps, providers, contracts, territories, products, and companies. Like Buddy the Elf revolving door speed, except it’s not fun. Business continuity efforts are increasingly suffering on both sides of the aisle.

How We Achieve Our Mission

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, RepSource is paving the healthcare VRM path with a B2B software as a service (SaaS) solution that manages changes at the source to provide a customer-facing solution connecting current healthcare reps to the products and services they provide in a searchable database.

Carefully architected with Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, RepSource continuously verifies the employment status and rep, role, territory, product, and service changes of vendor representatives at the source and includes a required verification process for every healthcare customer accessing the database.

Our Values

  1. Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
  2. Trust – Built like our loved one’s life depends on it.
  3. Responsibility – We celebrate wins and take ownership when we fall short.
  4. Grit – We put in the time and hard work to fix the problems at the source. No shortcuts or bandaids.
  5. KISS – Keep it simple silly.  Healthcare is complicated enough.  Let’s be different and easy.
  6. Gratitude: We say thank you for lessons learned, feedback shared, and the honor to positively impact the daily work lives of lifesavers.

Our Mission

It’s bold like our colors, but as Nelson Mandela famously said, “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

RepSource strives to be the healthcare industry’s most trusted, comprehensive, and leading vendor relationship management (VRM) solution by managing constant change at the source for peerless patient care, every time.

  • We help healthcare customers keep pace with ever-changing reps, roles, products, and companies through a current, continuously verified database that matches every product to the right representative for each facility.
  • We help healthcare representatives collect real-time sales leads to gain access to their customers, stay top-of-mind through staff and shift changes, and put unsurpassed customer service on autopilot.
  • We achieve our mission with the first and only continuously verified database of healthcare reps and their products, coupled with a centralized vendor scheduling solution for transparency of communication and coordination efforts across clinical care teams, accessible 24/7.

He joined the RepSource™ team because it is a practical solution to a real problem. Trying to locate medical device representatives, especially with all the changes brought on with the pandemic, and our new ‘virtual world’ is still critical pre-surgery and sometimes during surgery. RepSource™ provides a real organization of contact information that can be easily updated, especially during this time of massive change and reorganizations by many companies.
